Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier at www.bmcsparesdealer.com. Just browse our website and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ' Basket Link' at the top left of the pag and you will be asked for your contact details and choice of shipping so we are able to complete your order. You will then be directed to our Secure Online Payments system PayPal  which will process and charge your credit card immediately. After payment has been made you will be returned to the www.minisport.com and a copy of your order will be emailed to the email address on your order.


If you have any questions or concerns about any part of the ordering or payment process, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Cancelling an Order - before it has been shipped
If you would like to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us by email or telephone to get an Order Cancellation Number. If you have not got a cancellation number, your order is not cancelled and will be processed as normal.

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please follow our returns policy detailed below.

Shipping And Handling

When you have completed your order, you are given a choice of shipping methods relevant for the selection of goods in your shipping basket. This will range from Post to Next Day Air Delivery. Please allow upto 48 hours to process your order - for example if you place an order at 7pm on Friday we will not process the order until 9am Monday morning.

Posting Glass :
Although we take great care in packaging glass (windscreens/headlamps etc), we cannot offer any insurance. Therefore it is at the customers own risk that they purchase glass by mail order. Please note there will be an extra delivery charge for posting windscreens.

Orders are shipped by your choice of shipping agent at checkout and we use the following shipping agents:

All parcels are shipped with a tracking/shipping number and require a signature upon delivery. This is for both your and our security.

Tax Charges
All prices shown on the site include  VAT (tax) at 21%


All prices on the website show  including VAT prices for your reference.

VAT is charged on all  European orders and is shown in the basket when you place your order.
Countries outide of the European Union do not pay VAT and this is also reflected in your basket.

If you are VAT registered in Europe you have the opportunity to enter your VAT number at checkout.

When an order is placed on our website and you have entered your address and agreed to our terms and conditions, you are then forwarded to the PayPal secure online payments page which will take and process your payment immediately.

Our Guarantee 
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase. If you return an item in it's original and unused condition, along with the wrapping and receipt to our store within 14 days of purchase, we will exchange it or offer a full refund (please note that this does not include shipping costs.)
If a product develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days, we will offer the same refund or exchange policy as above.

If a product develops a manufacturing fault after 30 days, and within the manufacturer's guarantee period, a new product will be sent out immediately and charged for. A refund will be issued once the faulty product has been returned to ourselves and assessed. In certain circumstances the manufacturer could require to inspect the product before a refund is issued. 

BMC Spares Dealer  do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Returns & Shortages 
If parts are to be returned to us, you must first obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) form our Mail Order Department.

We cannot accept any returns which are not accompanied with a Returns Authorisation Number.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
PLEASE NOTE all shortages/damaged/or other discrepencies with your order must be reported within 24 hours of taking delivery of your order. 
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following 
conditions:

Items are returned carriage paid 
Items received are in a re-saleable condition 
Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund 
Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to charge for replacement packaging when the original has been damaged or defaced.) 
Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking fee. (This does not affect you statutory rights) 
We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return. 
All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number and reason for return. Remember, the information you provide will help us to help you. 
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered or lost, please keep your proof of postage, as it may be required in the event of a claim with our couriers. 
BMC Spares Dealer S.L. are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
Old units returned for a surcharge refund, must be returned within 12 months of purchase in a clean and serviceable condition. Returned surcharge units that are not serviceable will not be refunded.
